Introduction

As yet, the Mutual Aid Deed has not been finalised and continues to be developed by the industry.  Once available the Mutual Aid Deed will become a human resources tool that will provide relative response assistance in the event of an emergency.  It is recognised that not all operators have the personnel capability in-house and that it is important to ensure that there is appropriate coverage of fully trained personnel.
