Route 1

Ideally you will have t-scheme approval in the UK.

Contact Stewart Robinson at the DTI (stewart.robinson@dti.gsi.gov.uk) 0207 215 5165 and discuss the process.

You will need to read and understand the Oil and Gas Trust Rules on this site.

An Application Proforma is included in the Trust Rules. Complete that and email it to Stewart Robinson. The Application will be reviewed and if acceptable you will receive a letter accepting your request. Your company details will then be added to the list of acceptable companies.

Route 2

If your company does not have t-scheme approval but it has an equivalent approval in another country then contact Stewart Robinson as above.

You will need to produce evidence of the equivalent approval which will be evaluated.

If this is acceptable then proceed as Route 1 above.

Route 3

It will be difficult for you to participate if you are not t-scheme approved but you are welcome to contact Stewart Robinson.
