NPISim®
is a role playing game in which 7 to 12 people simulate
the execution of a product development project. During the
simulation participants design and build a product using
building bricks to time, cost quality and customer satisfaction
targets.
The
simulation is played in two cycles with a facilitated debrief
after each cycle.
