LOGIC SCM Activities
The seminar provides a forum for exploring LOGIC's generic methodology for improving the supply chain. The methodology includes a number of tools and techniques that can be customised to specific supply chain improvement initiatives. It draws on a variety of sources, and contains techniques that have been developed by operators, providers, contractors, government organisations and trade associations. The two-day seminar provides a taught but highly interactive introduction to the process of analysing an organisation's supply chain. Participants are limited to 12 per seminar. Your presence will have the added advantage to allow you a unique opportunity to network with like-minded individuals exploring an opportunity to improve their supply chain systems.
