Additional step in Execution Deed process

As previously notified, an additional step in the Master Deed Execution Deed process has been implemented from 1st January 2016. Any submission where the Execution Deed has not be submitted for legal review prior to 31st December 2015 will require to complete the additional step. The step has been introduced, at the request of OGA, to provide clarity on the licensee position upon completion of the Execution Deed process.

A copy of the form to be completed can be found within the document library for your information.

The form should be completed by the Transaction Leader and submitted (in draft) at the same time as the Execution Deed is submitted for legal review. LOGIC will then check the form against the OGA consent and provide any feedback at the same time as the Execution Deed.

The final copy form should then be returned to LOGIC with the certified copy of the Execution Deed within 10 working days of your completion date. LOGIC will then provide OGA with a copy of the certified Execution Deed and the form.
