Consenting to an Execution Deed using the online process
In submitting the Execution Deed the Administrator should have been provided with the relevant contact details for all the parties to the transaction. If you have not used the online process before you will receive log-in details for the website (if you have not received these details then please contact us).
To view the online Execution Deed
- go to Master Deed Online
- click on “Transactions” and insert your log in details in the boxes provided; and
- scroll down to the section “Transactions on which you are a user”.
You should now be able to read and print the PDF version of your Execution Deed and Notice of Transfer.
Click “view Execution Deed”.
You should review the Execution Deed to ensure that you are happy with it. If you are not happy with it then you should contact the Transaction Leader.
Click “view Notice”.
You should review the Notice of Transfer to ensure that you are happy with it. If you are not happy with it then you should contact the Transaction Leader.
View the Consent
Click “view Consent”.
If you are happy with the Execution Deed, Notice of Transfer and the Consent to Transfer you should accept the Consent to Transfer by clicking “Accept the consent document and submit the form”.
If you are not happy with any one of the Execution Deed, Notice and the Consent to Transfer you should decline the Consent to Transfer by clicking “Decline the consent document”. You will need to provide a reason for declining.
Whether you have accepted or declined the Consent to Transfer you will need to authorise it. To do this you will need to insert:
- the name and title of the person who is authorised to sign the Consent to Transfer; and
- authorisation code, and
Following authorisation,the Transaction Leader will be able to view whether or not you accepted or declined the Consent to Transfer.
Your “Transactions” home screen
Once you have provided authorisation you will be returned to the “Transactions” section of your Master Deed Online account. You should be able to view a summary of the documents.
