Master Deed - December cut off dates

In order for the Service Provider to timeously deal with submissions over the festive period and for a party to receive a certified copy of the Execution Deed prior to 31 December in any calendar year, all Consents to Transfer must be correctly accepted by 5pm on 16 December in any calendar year. Any submissions with Consents to Transfer which have not been correctly accepted by 5pm on 16 December may not be processed until January in following year.
